Dr. Rafael Prodani is Director Global Human Resources who join CBP in 2018, has more than 20 years of experience in trainings and Human Resources management.
Rafael is responsible for Human Resources policy,Talent, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Regulatory Compliance.
Mr. Rafael Prodani graduated in Mathematics at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Natural Sciences in 1995. Master of Science Degree, in “Education and Training System Design” University of Twente, Netherlands in 1998. Master of Science in Bulgaria, for “Computer Science”, University of Blagoevgrad, in 2005. Successfully completed PHD program in Informatics in 2011, Department of Informatics, Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana.
